Milan Spay Day Announced

February 23, 2010 has been proclaimed "Milan Spay Day" in Milan, IL. In an effort to encourage pet owners to better, more responsible and more conscious care of their pets, the Milan City Council and the Quad Cities Animal Welfare Center will be offering subsidized cat spay/neuter services for the first 24 Milan residents to participate in this program.
