GENERAL
ifpetscouldtype.com contains online information about pets and pet care (the “Service”) by mypetspace, LLC (the "Provider") subject to your agreement with all of the terms and conditions offered below. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, the User (“User” or “you”) agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions below, which are intended to be fully effective and binding upon the Provider and its Users. The Provider may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Agreement. You agree to review the Agreement periodically so that you are aware of such modifications; and, your continued access or use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement as it appears at the time of your access or use.
In addition, the Provider uses cookies to count the number of visitors and to improve the navigation and the usability of its website. It has set its software so that your browser will only return cookie information to the domain where the cookie originated (in this case, ifpetscouldtype.com).

TERMINATION

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, any site content you have uploaded to the Website, or any comments or contributions you have made to the site. The Provider reserves the right to suspend, remove, archive or otherwise process the content associated with any termination.
LIMITED LICENSE
Users of the website are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license:

2. to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes

You acknowledge that the Website does not pre-screen, audit or approve submitted content, but upon review, does reserve the right to refuse, move, remove, change, condense or delete any submitted content.
You acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that you find offensive, indecent, profane, objectionable or inaccurate, and you bear all risks associated with your access to or use of such Content. The Provider reserves the right to suspend, move, remove, change, or delete any submitted content.

8. that consists of, includes or incorporates surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising, chain letters or promotional materials.
In addition to the foregoing, you agree not to:
1. Download any file that you know or reasonably should know cannot be legally obtained in such manner
2. Falsify or delete any author attributions or otherwise obscure the origin or the source of any submitted content
3. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any public area within the Site

12.Engage in any acts or omissions that could constitute a violation of applicable laws, statutes, regulations, rules or ordinances.
The Provider cannot guarantee that other users are or will be complying with these Terms. You hereby acknowledge that you assume all risk of harm or injury resulting from any such lack of compliance.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy is a part of this Agreement. You must review this Privacy Policy by clicking on this link, and must agree to its terms as part of this agreement.
In addition, in completing registration information for the Website, you will provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information. You will promptly update your registration to keep it accurate, current and complete.
You hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords, that you may not reveal your password to anyone else, or use anyone else's password. You are obligated to immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of your passwords or accounts or any other breach of security. You also agree to exit from your accounts at the end of each session. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold mypetspace LLC, our partners, agents, officers, employees, subcontractors, third party content providers, attorneys, advertisers, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Website.
NONTRANSFERRABLE
Your right to use the Website is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.
COPYRIGHTS
ifpetscouldtype.com honors the rights of all copyright holders. In the case of possible copyright infringement, please make sure to review the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, specifically 17 U.S. C. §512 (see: http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#512), before sending a notice of alleged infringement.
Upon review, if a case of possible copyright infringement may exist on ifpetscouldtype.com, provide the following information in a single document:

In cases where ifpetscouldtype.com DMCA related content administration decisions prompt a counterclaim, provide the following in a single document:

Although ifpetscouldtype.com will not proactively police its website, allegations of copyright infringement and counterclaims will be processed within 10 business days.
